FluidForum is a SaaS platform for collective decision-making. Members submit ideas, discuss them together, and the ideas that gain support turn into proposals your group can vote on. Every decision and its rationale is archived for later reference.

It's built for any group that needs to decide things together: neighborhood communities, associations and VvEs (HOAs), non-profits and member organizations, event and interest groups, and formal governance bodies. If you have members and decisions to make, FluidForum fits.

Anyone can submit an idea, and the community discusses and refines it. Once an idea gathers enough support it becomes a formal proposal, which then moves to a structured vote so the outcome is clear and binding.

The result is recorded together with the full discussion and the reasoning behind the decision, then archived in a searchable history. That way new members, and future you, can always see not just what was decided, but why.

If you don't have time or expertise on a specific topic, you can delegate your vote to someone you trust. Delegation can be transparent, so everyone sees who is voting on whose behalf, or anonymous when privacy matters more than visibility.

Yes. FluidForum supports both open and anonymous voting, and you can choose per proposal which mode fits best. Sensitive topics stay private while routine decisions can stay fully transparent.

Your group's data belongs to your group. We host it on European infrastructure, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and never sell or repurpose it. Access is scoped to your members, and admins control who can see and do what.

Yes. The platform is designed to meet the transparency, quorum, and audit-trail requirements associations and VvEs typically need for statutory decisions. Every vote is timestamped, attributable (or anonymized where required), and archived as evidence.

Getting started is quick: contact us, tell us about your group, and we'll help you set up your first forum and onboard members. Ongoing support is included, and you can reach our team by email whenever you have questions.

The platform and marketing site are English-first, with a full Dutch translation planned. If your group needs another language, let us know. We prioritize additional languages based on customer demand.

Most groups are set up within an hour. You create the group, invite members by email, and decide who can propose and who can vote. If your community is bigger than a few hundred people, expect a day or two to organize roles and import your member list. There is no long onboarding process, and regular members don't need any training to participate.

No hard cap. FluidForum runs groups from a dozen people to several thousand. Very large groups (5,000+) benefit from a 30-minute intake call so we can advise on roles, delegation, and how to structure discussions at that scale. Get in touch if you're planning something big.

Every group has admins, regular members, and optionally moderators. Admins configure the group, set voting rules, and manage member access. Moderators can flag or hide off-topic contributions but cannot change votes or delete history. Regular members propose, discuss, and vote. You can also give observers read-only access, which is handy for board members or external stakeholders who need visibility but not a vote.

Moderators can hide contributions and mute members temporarily. Every moderation action is logged and reversible, so nothing disappears silently. If a member is removed, their past votes stay counted (they were valid at the time), but their access ends. We don't run algorithmic moderation on your discussions.

You can import your member list from a CSV and start fresh with a new round of proposals. Past decisions can be uploaded to the archive as reference documents, but we don't try to reconstruct historical votes automatically (that gets messy fast). Most groups treat the switch as a clean start, with old decisions kept as archived reference.

Yes. FluidForum is a web app that works on any modern browser, including phones. There is no separate app to install. Voting, discussing, and reading proposals all work on a small screen. Push notifications work through the browser on iOS 16.4+ and Android.

Yes to both. You can export discussions, proposals, votes, and the archive at any time as structured files (JSON and CSV). Deleting a group removes all data from our systems within 30 days, including backups. There is no lock-in, and no per-export fee.
