Members can comment, suggest improvements, and like ideas to show support. Ideas remain in the discussion phase for a set time, giving everyone a chance to contribute. Discussion threads keep feedback structured and easy to follow.

Ideas that gain support become proposals
Once an idea reaches the support threshold, it moves to the proposal phase for a final vote. All members cast their votes digitally, making participation easy. The system ensures secure, fraud-free voting with clear results.

Members who can't participate in voting can delegate their vote to a representative they trust. Delegations can be transparent or anonymous, depending on preference. Users receive notifications when a delegated vote is used.

You control retention, not us. Set the rules that fit your group: keep everything indefinitely, expire after a fixed number of years, or apply a per-category policy. As long as your group is active on FluidForum, the archive stays intact. If you leave the platform, you get a full export first, and we delete everything from our systems within 30 days.
We honor it without erasing the votes, proposals, and comments themselves. Personal identifiers get replaced with a neutral label like 'former member', while the content stays in the record. That way the vote counts, quorum, and decision trail stay accurate, and the individual's rights are respected.
By default, only members of your group. You decide per category whether something is open to all members, restricted to a working group, or admin-only. Nothing in the archive is public unless you explicitly publish it.
Yes to both. You can export everything at any time in open formats like JSON, CSV, and PDF, including proposals, discussions, and votes, plus author, timestamp, vote tallies, and category tags. There is no lock-in and no separate fee for the export. If FluidForum ever shuts down, every group gets a final export window before anything is taken offline.
